After performing a routine preventative Maintenance visit we found one unit with multiple extensive repairs needed.  Upon further research of the unit age and condition it was determined that the cost of the repairs exceeded the value of the unit.  At this time the client was given multiple quotes to choose from, in doing this it gives the customer full control of the budgeting Repair and Maintenance  expenses.  The client choose to replace the unit while we checked, performed and executed the start up of the new Roof top unit and disposal of the old roof top unit.
